Italian flag signature

I have a friend who requested a signature using the Italian flag. Well, I didn't want to just put the flag in the picture with no effects and then write the word he wanted in the signature. no I wanted it to look a little better than a copy and paste with an added word. So I added some effects and did my own thing. This is what I came up with. I'd also like to note that I have NO idea what the word means, but I'm sure it's Italian.
